Joseph Sawo is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Community Blooming Realty where he focuses on deal sourcing, operational management, market due diligence, and investment analysis. He is a financial and audit consultant in the public sector and serves in the U.S. Air Force by way of The Ohio National Guard. In addition, he serves as Director of Volunteer Services with Libraries for Liberia and an Ambassador for The Village Improvement Project. Joe is a champion for community involvement and serves 100 hours of community service annually. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Webster University.  His passion for real estate stems from wanting to create a better living experience for people of all income levels. Joseph currently resides in Columbus, Ohio by way of Liberia.
